Hemerocallis 'Sunday Gloves' - Sunday Gloves Daylily

Sunday Gloves Daylily is a deciduous perennial with grass-like deep green foliage.  Clusters of fragrant ruffled white flowers with yellow throats bloom in flushes in mid and late summer.  The flowers attract butterflies and pollinators.  Best bloom in deep and rich well-drained soils.  Drought and salt tolerant once established.  

MAINTENANCE NEEDS:   Low maintenance.  Relatively pest free, but watch for mites, aphids, and thrips.  Daylily Rust can be problematic in some areas.  Divide every 3-4 years in fall or spring.

LANDSCAPE USES:  Accents or Group Plantings, Borders, Woodland Gardens, Naturalized Areas, Wildlife Gardens, Coastal Gardens, and Containers.
