Viola 'Etain' - Etain Viola

Etain Viola is a hardy compact uniform perennial with a dense rounded habit and toothed dark green foliage.  The profuse blooms of fragrant pastel yellow flowers edged in lavender bloom heavily in late spring to early summer, than sporaticly until fall. Prefers full sun and moist well-drained soils.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Medium Maintenance.  Water regularly- keep soil moisture consistent.  Susceptible to fugal leaf damage. Watch for snails and slugs.  Deadheading can prolong bloom season.  Plants may go dormant in summer heat.

LANDSCAPE USES:  Accents or Group Plantings, Borders, Woodland Gardens, Naturalized Areas, Wildlife Gardens, and Containers.
