Sempervivum 'Autumn Apple' - Chick Charms® Autumn Apple Hens and Chicks

Autumn Apple Hens and Chicks is a small succulent that forms symmetrical olive green rosettes with pointed fleshy foliage tipped in burgundy to apple red, which spreads as the weather cools. Lovely pink star shaped flowers go up in summer if it flowers. Like other sempervivums, it forms tight rosettes of succulent leaves and produces offsets (the "chicks") around the main rosette (the "hen").

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance.  Well-drained soils will avoid root/crown rot and rust issues.

LANDSCAPE USES:  Accents or Group Plantings, Borders, Woodland Garden,

Rock Gardens, Xeriscape Gardens, Indoor Plants, and Containers.
