Rosa rugosa 'BOC rogosnif' - Lotty's Love™ Rose

Lotty's Love Rose is a compact thorny deciduous shrub with a mounded habit and rich green foliage that turns vibrant scarlet in fall.  The cinnamon scented mauve semi-double flowers turns magenta with age and bloom continuously from late spring until frost.  Vibrant red rose hips follow in the fall.  Best grown in full sun and rich, moist, slightly acidic well-drained soils.  Lotty's Love is self cleaning and highly disease resistant.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS:  Medium Maintenance. Roses are susceptible to powdery mildew, black spot, rust, and rose rosette and require regular fungicide in humid areas that experience a lot of rainfall.  Pest issues include aphids, borers, scale, mites thrips, midges, and leafhoppers.  Rugosa is suckering and will form dense colonies unless restrained.
