Large and luscious are two words to describe Superstition. Rightfully winning several awards, including Award of Garden Merit, Superstition has deep-purple almost black blooms that produces 8-10 buds per stem and persists over a 2 week period. Enjoy this bicolor iris in sunny gardens, in beds, and along borders where its sweet fragrance can be appreciated and color can contrast against other perennials. Use as a cutting flower to spruce up insides. Prefers partial sun and rich, moist well-drained soils.
