Campanula carpatica 'Rapido Blue' - Rapido Blue Bellflower

Rapido Blue Bellflower is a tidy, dwarf semi-evergreen perennial that forms a dense mound of leathery dark green foliage.  Heavy blooms of cupped violet blue flowers bloom throughout summer and can be extended if deadheaded.  Flowers best in filtered sun in the South and consistently moist well-drained soils. 

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance.  Prefers cool summers and struggles in climates higher than zone 7.  Cut back to basal rosettes when stem leaves begin to fade.  Watch for snails, slugs, and aphids.
