At Redland Ranch Roses, we believe exceptional roses deserve exceptional care. That's why every eligible rose we ship is backed by The Redland Rose Promise™—our commitment to providing healthy, high-quality plants that are grown to thrive.
If your rose fails to establish or dies from natural causes within one year of delivery, we'll gladly provide a one-time replacement (shipping and applicable taxes not included).
How to Submit a Promise Claim
If you believe your rose qualifies under The Redland Rose Promise™, simply contact us through our Contact Us page or reach out by phone or email. Our team will carefully review your claim and help determine the best solution.
To process your request, please provide:

A brief description of the issue

Current photos of the affected plant (required)
Once approved, we'll issue a one-time replacement of the same variety whenever possible. Replacement shipping charges and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If Your Rose Is No Longer Available
If the original variety is unavailable due to seasonal inventory or other circumstances, Redland Ranch Roses may, at our discretion, issue a store credit equal to the purchase price of the covered plant.
Store credits issued under The Redland Rose Promise™:

Are valid only at Redland Ranch Roses

Have no cash value

Are non-transferable

Do not expire

Are issued as a single-use code via email
If any balance remains after your first purchase, a new code for the remaining amount will automatically be issued.
Promise Exclusions
The Redland Rose Promise™ is designed to protect against the natural failure of healthy plants, but it does not cover losses resulting from circumstances outside our control.
The Promise does not apply to:

Roses planted outside their recommended USDA Hardiness Zones

Improper planting or neglect

Insufficient watering or overwatering

Poor soil conditions or lack of proper care

Damage caused by insects, wildlife, pets, livestock, or humans

Extreme weather events, including drought, flooding, hurricanes, freezes, excessive heat, or other natural disasters

Accidental damage or misuse after delivery
Each eligible live rose purchased is covered for one replacement during the one-year coverage period.
Please note that refunds are not available under The Redland Rose Promise™. Coverage is limited to a one-time replacement plant or, when a replacement is unavailable, a store credit issued at our discretion.
